Rainbow employs certified and uncertified machinists.  The Company also provides entry level on-the-job-training, participates in apprenticeship programs and sponsors employees through the certification process.  Positions are available for Entry Level, Apprentice and Journeymen.

Journeymen

Full Accreditation

Apprentice

Some experience in the field. Wanting to advance their career through attainment of certification and Journeymen status.

Entry Level

No experience but willing to learn. Willing to enter the field as an apprentice and enroll in an apprenticeship program augmented by on-the-job training and experience.

All Candidates should be self motivated and able to work independently. They should be organized and able to multi-task and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  Compliance with company drug and alcohol policies is a requirement.
